Most hotels and condos in the Waikiki section of
Honolulu on the island of Oahu are across the street from the beach.
Waikiki Shore is one of the only condos right on the beach, in an excellent
location. The building is older, but has been refurbished.
It's very close to the new Waikiki Beach Walk shopping and dining area.
Rooms include studios (all ocean view), 1-bedroom (with
park view or ocean view), and 2-bedroom (all ocean view). All rooms
have a kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and private balcony.
Waikiki Shore is a single 15-story building with 168
rooms. Units are individually owned. Most rentals are managed my
either Castle or Outrigger, which provide daily maid service. There
are a couple small shops, but no restaurant, in the building.
If you prefer a condo rather than a hotel, but you want to be right on
the beach, Waikiki Shore is your best choice.
